I had experienced severe pain for several years. I was going back and forth to my doctor and he would just tell me I needed to lose weight or that it was all in my head. This went on for a few years but I kept getting into the prayer lines of the preachers, asking for a healing. Finally the doctor did an x -ray. When the x-ray came back the entire x-ray plate was white. This meant there was severe inflammation throughout my back. He finally realized that I was in pain. He prescribed steroids and told me to come back. I took the steroids and kept getting in the prayer lines. After I took the steroids, I had no more pain and from that time until now, I have no pain in my back and I did not go back.
In 2017, I had a MRI and X-ray done because of some troubles with my hip. My hip was fine but the x-rays showed severe Degenerative Joint Disease (DJD) in back. This is when cartilage splits away from the bone and becomes loose within the joint causing inflammation. This is what was causing the pain years earlier. I was a little shocked because I hadn't had anymore problems with my back and since I never followed up with the doctor before I didn't know what the official diagnosis was.Sometimes when I go to my current doctor, she will ask, “From 1-10, what is your pain level in your back?” but the Lord is good and I do not have pain. I thank God for being a healer. I am free of pain and want to give him the glory and the honor. He is a healer of diseases!
